We celebrated first with Jerry’s family, and Auntie Sue had an Easter Egg Hunt for her grandchildren (our great-nieces and nephews). It was a beautiful day and four generations enjoyed being together.
Jesus is Risen!
Dane: too old to hunt, but not too old to eat!
And I heard about a wonderful resource for teaching your children about
Jesus’ death and resurrection, called Resurrection Eggs!
These were purchased through Family Life Today, http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=faisfirfou-20&o=1&p=8&l=bpl&asins=0310715059&fc1=000000&IS2=1<1=_blank&m=amazon&lc1=0000FF&bc1=000000&bg1=FFFFFF&f=ifr
but you can find them many places,
including here with a book explaining each of the items in the eggs,
and a story of Jesus’ death and resurrection for young children.
Then we invited my mom
and her/our friend Clarice
for dinner on Sunday.
My Easter Dinner Table Setting

We also celebrated Clarice’s birthday
Games were played before they had to go home.
We had a lovely time together!
