I’m off in a hurry this morning, and I won’t be home again until supper, so what am I doing about the family’s meal? Pot Roast in the Slow cooker! Just plop it in–I did take it out of the freezer last night, but if you didn’t, just run it under hot water and then put it in on high instead of low–salt and pepper, cut up some onion or use onion flakes, and peel and cut up (into about 1 inch chunks) about 6-8 carrots (for our family of 4) and about the same number of potatoes (actually, more or less, depending on how much your family likes the vegetables), put the cover on and turn it to low–
